Our company is a successful real estate investment group with over 20 years of experience buying and selling real estate in the United States. Although we are based in New Jersey and focus on real estate in the United States, the majority of our team lives abroad in Central and South America. We are experiencing growth in many areas and would love to add additional hard-working members to our team!
We're looking for a creative and energetic Real Estate Assistant who thrives in a team environment.
THE RIGHT FIT:
We value a self-starter with a strong work ethic. Someone who enjoys collaborating, using out of the box strategies, and executing when decisions are made. We are looking for someone with fresh energy, a positive attitude, and who views themselves as a lifetime learner; working in a fast-paced environment and keeping every detail organized.
Our ideal candidate will have a base knowledge of real estate, however real estate experience is not required. You should be able to demonstrate creativity within constraints and have an ability to work through problems.
In addition, a well-qualified candidate will possess extraordinary organizational and project management skills. Superior communication skills in English, both written and verbal, and a sturdy internet connection is required.
YOU WILL HELP OUR TEAM:
Manage database and organize leads
Follow up on leads and create sales
Negotiate, send, receive, and follow up on purchase contracts
Implement systems and processes to aid the flow of the business
MORE ABOUT THE POSITION:
Location: We are seeking candidates from all across the world who can assist our team online.
Hours: Full-time & Part-time. 25 to 35 hours a week Monday through Friday. Paid weekly / US Dollars
